Hello Davidbarron1979,

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue reconnecting your Nest Thermostat back to the Wi-Fi network. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

Could you tell us which Nest Thermostat model you have? If you have the Nest Learning Thermostat or the Nest Thermostat E, check the battery level first in the Technical Info settings. If it drops to 3.7 volts, there is a tendency to disconnect it from smart features in order to save the battery. So charge the thermostat display for at least an hour using a micro USB charger before attempting to reconnect.

For the Nest Thermostat 2020 model, pull the thermostat display from its base and remove the batteries for at least 2 minutes to refresh before plugging them back in. Then check the connection.

Keep me posted on how it goes.

Regards,
Mark
