Google nest thermostat

Hi, I need help. My google Thermostat is not charging the battery and can not to connect to wifi.

  1. Are you located from North America or Europe? 
  2. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
  3. When did the situation first occur?
  4. If the thermostat was recently installed: What is the make and model of your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment?
  5. Are the power breakers on, and do you receive power to your home?
  6. Is the thermostat's display seated properly?
  7. Are all the wires of your thermostat seated firmly in its terminals (with no loose or exposed wires)?
  8. Did you charge thermostat display using a micro-USB cable?
  9. For how long did you charged the thermostat display?
  10. For how long does the thermostat display lasts after charging it?
  11. Is there any message or code that appears on the thermostat's Settings > Network.
  12. What is the thermostat's Battery, VOC, VIN, and lIN power readings under Settings > Technical Info > Power
