- What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
- When did the situation first occur?
- If the thermostat was recently installed: What is the make and model of your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment?
- Are the power breakers on, and do you receive power to your home?
- Is the thermostat's display seated properly?
- Are all the wires of your thermostat seated firmly in its terminals (with no loose or exposed wires)?
- Did you charge thermostat display using a micro-USB cable?
- For how long did you charged the thermostat display?
- For how long does the thermostat display lasts after charging it?
- Is there any message or code that appears on the thermostat's Settings > Network.
- What is the thermostat's Battery, VOC, VIN, and lIN power readings under Settings > Technical Info > Power.
