Had an issue with my nest thermostat help centre informed me it was faulty
So I gad to pay £139;to have a replacement sent out and told them I need a white one due to hos decoration.
They sent me out a silver one. They now want me to pay £15 to DHL to send it back to get the correct one delivered. Surely this cannot be correct google made the mistake google should pay
