Thanks for reaching out. I'd love to know more about this. Could you share the labels of the terminals where the wires are connected? Also, what's the make and model of your current thermostat?

Thanks for the response. it looks like the wiring of your current thermostat is proprietary. I would suggest reaching out to our Nest Pro to get your system physically checked. Please check on this link to learn more about our Nest Pro services.
