H71 error

Heat link has stopped working. Have tried all the trouble shooting ideas that I’ve read on other posts.. no LED light.. press and hold for 30secs etc… very disappointing as I love the device but it seems that this issue is happening to a lot of other people with nests.. is it possible to get a replacement heat link and if so from where?

I have had no power cuts.

Hi @Abby , if you have not already make sure to check all the breakers and switches at the location, to make sure nothing has tripped. Also check the boiler as it can sometimes have a separate switch. You can confirm if the boiler has power, it should have some status LED or display that turns on.

 

If it looks good try and power cycle the Heat Link. Cut the power to it for a few minutes and then turn it back on, if you are comfortable in doing so. Check to see after if the Heat Link has any reaction when you press the button on it.
