Heat/Cool Mode Temp Settings

I got one of my thermostats up and running. The only issue I have is setting the temps for the heat/cool mode.  I set them to what I want and  then they will change.  There seems to be a standard diff between the heat and cool settings.  How can I get it to keep what I put in?

To gather the necessary information, please answer the following questions:

Are all your Nest Thermostats the same model?

• What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? The following article might be helpful: How to tell which Nest thermostat you have.
• Is the Nest Thermostat experiencing this heat/cool issue the same model as your other installed thermostats?
• Have you checked your thermostat's schedule settings to ensure they aren't changing the temperature back automatically?
• Do you have temperature sensors connected to your Nest Thermostat?
