Heat Link H72

Hi.  Our Nest thermostat was installed in 2020 and today the Heat Link suddenly stopped working.  There are no lights and we are getting the H72 error message.  Unfortunately the heating won’t turn off which means our control radiator is boiling hot in the middle of a heatwave.  Any suggestions or solutions would be gratefully received.  Thanks

1. How long has your thermostat been installed for?
2. What is showing on the Nest thermostat display?
3. Have you had any power cuts recently?
4. Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
5. How many zones are present in the setup?
