I have received an email claiming to be from Nest, telling me that my Heat Link needs replacing.
Everything seems to be working fine, so I’m sceptical about this being a genuine email.
Can anyone advise?

Hi there! That is an email that is sent automatically when it detects that your Heat Link has no LEDs on it or if there was a power cut that might trigger it too. Can you please tell me if you see any light on the Heat Link?

LED working fine now, so guessing we had a power cut that I didn’t know about.
Good to know this happens automatically if system fails.
