Heat Link seems to have died

Hi,

 
I seem to be having a issue on one of my gen3 heat links(I have two zones).
As of about 2 weeks ago no lights on one of the heat links, no error on the linked nest though.
I have cycled the power to the device, the heat link lights up briefly, yellow then the light goes out. Holding the circular button seemingly does not restart the heat link.
The nest thermo unit will let me turn heat on but the boiler is not picking up the change in status, nest and heat link for my other zone seems to be working fine, heating is turning on when called.

No LED activity on heat link for 2 weeks
2 How long has your thermostat been installed?
about 8 months 
3 what colour the heat link led?
No LED
4 what is showing on the nest thermostat display?
No error on nest 
5 Have you had any power cuts recently?
No
6 Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating distemper recently?
No
7 how many zones are present in set up?
Two zones

Just to check, do you see any message in the Nest app regarding the thermostat or can you still control both from the app without issue?

Hi, I can’t see anything out of the ordinary on the app or the nest its self, I can stop change the temp/set eco mode. But as the heat link isn’t doing anything there is no response.

Still no luck with this, i've reset the network settings, no change after rejoining network. I've done factory reset, same result. The heat link just doesn't seem to respond to any thing.
