Heat link has no power

Hi,my heat link isnt working its just stop working and I have it only over a year.is there any chance I can get a replacement please?!Thanks!

Hi,I tried to  hold it even for longer  than 30 sec but  it doesn't come up any led and no lights at all.could you tell me what can I do please?Thanks!

No worries @MIRCHEV86 , thanks for trying. 

Next make sure to check all breakers and switches at the location. Make sure nothing has been tripped.

If it all looks good go ahead and power cycle the Heat Link. Turn the power off to it for a few minutes, if you are comfortable in doing so, then turn it back on. Check now to see if the Heat Link has any reaction when you press the button on it and let us know here how it went.
