Heat link no power

Heat link of my Google Nest is dead. Electrician looked at it and said it has failed. Can I get a replacement?

Exact same issue an hour ago. What is the process for getting a replacement unit? There are numerous reports throughout the internet of a specific diode on the circuitry shorting out.

Hi folks,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. I just want to confirm, in what states are you located? Also, what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have.

Best,

Jenelyn

Hi @Greg1932 . I would be happy to try and assist. If you haven't already, check the breakers and switches at the location, to make sure nothing has tripped. Also check the boiler as it can sometimes have a separate switch on it. Confirm it has power, it should have a display or LED that turns on.

If it all looks good try and power cycle the Heat Link, if you're comfortable in doing so. Turn the power to the Heat Link off for a few minutes and then turn it back on. See if it has any reaction after, when you press the button on it.

Hi @nlar , you can try these steps as well if you haven't already and let me know how it goes.

Electrician checked it all. Power is being received at the unit but it is dead.
