od afternoon our heat link has a yellow light on which is usually green so have switched off and left for an hour done a reset however the yellow has cone straight back on, therfore our next thermostat will not connect and webcan not control our heating only by switching on and off at the heat link have tried everything on the nest from reset to pairing to moving the thermostat but nothing works, i can not get the blue lights flashing on the heat link to get them to communicate..... Do i need an engineer thanking you for the advice and help
Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. We'll get them working in no time. Please try to press and hold the Nest button on the Heat Link for longer. After 30 - 40 seconds you should see a blue light come on. If the thermostat is still not connected, you can press Check Again. Let me know how it goes.
