Heat link not working - no lights, thermostat not charging

Hi

I have a nest thermostat and they have been installed for about 18 months but today i've noticed the thermostat had powered off and when i checked the link it had no lights (seemingly no power). It appears to be very similar to the issue described here:

https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Nest-Thermostats/Heat-Link-not-working-at-all-no-heating/td-p...

I have tried pressing the big round button but there's no response. no lights show at all on the heat link. There has been no work on the heating or electrics, this has happened out of the blue. I have checked the fuses and the fuse board and nothing has tripped.

Checked on the heat link with the multimeter: 240v ac across L and N. 0v DC across T1 and T2 going to the thermostat. Also no lights on the heat link at all.

Does anyone have any idea on how to resolve this as it seems fairly common.

I have exactly the same issue. Trying to phone customer services, but the message on their phone just says we are closed, try online or call back when we’re open (but doesn’t tell you their opening times)
