My Nest Learning Thermostat has been working great for one year and now stopped charing the learning thermostat. Digging onto it there is no charge on T1/T2 and I've checked that there is charge on the electricity plug connected to Heat Link. I can imagine that some fuse or internal from heat link got broken due to the heat these last days. How can I ask for a replacement ?

Hi there and thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear about this, but rest assured that we'll find a solution together. For starters, can you tell me when the issue started and which type of Nest Thermostat do you have (Nest Learning Thermostat 2nd gen/3rd gen, Nest Thermostat E, or Nest Thermostat 2020)? Also, what country are you located in?

Thanks AndaD,
Its a Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen, bought 18 Jan 2021 in Spain.

Thanks for the details. Let's see some details. So can you confirm that there are no LEDs on your Heat ink at the moment?

Yes

Thank you for the picture. A few more details I want to check:
1. Was it installed by a Nest Pro or by a heating/electrical engineer?
2. Did you notice any message on the thermostat display?
3. Did you notice any power cut in the area before this occurred?
4. Did you have any maintenance done on the heating or electrical system recently?
5. Do you have only one or multiple Google Nest thermostat devices at the location?

Since I haven't heard from you in a while, I'll have to close this thread. Should anything else come up, please open another thread and we'll take it from there. Have a good one and stay safe!
