Iv read a few other people have a problem with the heat link being dead!
I followed all the instruction given to try and reboot it but it’s still dead and only been in 2 years! I’m now unable to turn on the heating! How do I get in touch with someone to organise sorting the issue and getting a replacement under warranty!

You mentioned you tried to reboot the device. Did you try and reboot it by pressing the button on it or by cutting the power to the Heat Link?
