Heat links dead , no lights

Hi there, my two heat links recently died completely. Neither have a light on them after trying to reset. Completely dead. My electrician took a look but could not understand the issue other than dead heat links. Also I have no led on downstairs thermostat. I’m out of warranty. I feel so disappointed as one heat link was replaced but didn’t work from the get go after installation. Please help.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. I'm really sorry to hear about this. Can you please answer the following questions:
1. How long has your thermostat been installed for?
2. What is showing on the Nest thermostat display?
3. Have you had any power cuts recently?
4. Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
5. How many zones are present in the setup?

Hi there,

I had a heat link replaced in 2/23 and I was travelling  away so my electrician only came to replace it 3 weeks ago and install it. In the meantime my other heat link died ( no lights on either of them). I tried to reset them but nothing . There was no power cuts and my electrician could not solve the issue other than concluding that both heat links were faulty. I have two zones, one upstairs for heating and one downstairs for heat and water. The downstairs heat link has been broken since last winter and more recently my upstairs has stopped working. The upstairs screen says it can’t connect and there is no light on either heat link. The downstairs screen is also dead with a blank screen. I am so frustrated and disappointed with this system. It’s almost winter and I have made no progress in fixing the issue. Can you please advise me how I can replace or fix the issue. My electrician has already spent 3 hours trying to resolve the issues but believes they should be replaced. I have had to pay him for his labor and am at a loss as how to move forward, please help me, Regards
