Heat won’t turn on

Just installed. Testing went great but not it’s not turning on! It’s 58 in my house. No error code showing up. Fuse box is all good. Wiring is all good according to Nest. I don’t know what’s going on.

I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you — let's see what's going on.

To isolate:

• Could you send us pictures of your previous and current thermostat wiring diagrams?
• Does the thermostat screen indicate that it’s actively calling for heating?
• What type of furnace do you have? (gas, electric, etc.)
  • Make sure to select the correct fuel type.
• Gather the power readouts from the thermostat settings under "Technical Info."
