Heating and cooling separate controls

I have a Honeywell CT30A1005 thermostat that controls the heater and a cooler controller model 7619A that controls the cooling system. Is there a way to wire them into a Nest Learning Thermostat?

To further assist you on your inquiry, you may take a photo of your current wiring (showing the wire label) so that we could tell if it is compatible with Nest Thermostat.

Also, let us know if your HVAC unit is a 24V unit.
