Heating on and off

I have a Nest learning thermostat. How do i set the heating schedule so that it heats for 2 hours each day. I can set the on temperature at 19:00 to be 22°C, how do turn it off after 2 hours. All i can do is set the temperature to 9°C after two hours. I want the heating to be off. Any idea why the minimum temperature is 9°C
