Resolved! Heat wont work

When I turn it on it shows it’s heating but everything comes out cold. I have a heat pump model UPRL-036JEC and followed the color guide from the app and transferred everything the way it told me to. No heat yet everything is running.

Followed the wiring guide and it all works but won’t produce heat.
