Hi.
I’ve just had a new combi boiler installed and also the nest thermostat and heat link. If I turn the thermostat temp up or run the heating test, the boiler increase out put temp accordingly. However if I lower or turn off heating the boiler continues to pump hot water to the radiators just at a slightly lower temperature. What am I doing wrong?!
TIA

Hi there @Iain1,

Thanks for reaching out. Could you tell us please if the Heat Link clicks when the heating is turned off? Also, same when turned on?

hi, sorry I thought I had replied to your last message, it didn’t post for some reason.
yes we fixed it thanks. Turns out the cross over hadn’t been removed as we used the open therm ports. 🤦🏻‍😂
