I am trying to clear all settings. My Nest keeps going to 52 degrees and have no idea why.

Nest thermostat 3rd generation

Hi, I have just started to try and set up my nest thermostat 3rd generation and accidentally pressed German as the language. Im stuck as I can’t access setting to reset the language. Can anyone help me please?

Need technical info.plist file

My Thermostat is locked & I do not have the Nest app. We changed our home internet & now do not have access to previous wifi. Read on the form that using technical info.plist file we can unlock using laptop.

Replacing thermostat due to fire damage

I had a fire on the floor where one of my nest thermostats were. They threw it away with the wall tear down. How do I get a replacement thermostat? Do I have to buy a new one just for that floor? I have 4 floors

A/c mode not available
