Heating problems

JeanPM

I moved to this house and this was already installed, I believe it may be wired incorrectly as it is winter and my heat is not working properly. I will attach a picture so those who know more than me can help, I called customer care and they just told me to replace the batteries specifically with energizer batteries.

issue with the thermostat rest it. This happened to me many times. Big POS.

Hello folks,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your thermostats activating the heat. I'd love to know more about this.

Could you share a photo of your thermostat's wiring with us? Are you getting any message codes or wiring reports? Also, please gather the power readouts from its settings under the technical info.

I'll look forward to your response.

Thanks,

Mark

You can lock it. I needed the most help when it was below zero and fighting with it. I figured it out after a factory reset, wire check, blowing out the furnace, changing the air filter, unlinking the app and linking it again.
