Heating schedule

How does anyone set a schedule for heating ?! If you add for example 20 degrees at 7 am does it mean it will start heating earlier until it reaches that level? And when it reaches it why does it not go off ?!

very confusing , please help !!

The heating will come on before the scheduled time (7am in your example) if the temperature is below 20 degrees and you have True Radiant selected on in the settings.  This estimates how long it takes your heating to reach the desired temperature and turns it on earlier than the set time. If you turn off True Radiant, it will just come on at 7am if the temperature is below 20 and then go off again once its reached your set temp.
