We have just come to install our Nest Thermostat E but the Heat E is faulty and we can’t wire it up where the old thermostat was as the connections are faulty.
How do I request a replacement?
I have tried calling Nest customer services all day on 0808 1692307 but it just keeps playing music?! Thanks Jonty
