Heating with nest

Thermostat (nest) seems to work says it is heating. Heat link has new batteries and blinks blue , then green then off. BUT no heat to radiator . Hot water ok , Getting very cold, what do I do next

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. I'm really sorry to hear that you encountered this issue, but I'll do my best to assist you. Could you please try pressing once on the button of the Heat Link, then once again to activate manual mode, in order to see if the heat will turn on?
