Hi, my heatlink has lost all power and I now have no heating or hot water. After I plug in a type c wire into the USB slot the lights come on but after pressing manual button the heatlink not sending signal to boiler. I'm assuming the type c USB is for technical troubleshooting only. Please help as I have a new born in the house.

Problem solved. Got on phone to Google and they sending out a replacement

Yeah common problem. Mine has been replaced even when warranty run out.
