Heatlink failing to connect

After doing a factory reset I cannot get the Heatlink to connect to the Thermostat - have followed all the instructions - resetting the Heatlink, moving the Thermostat closer to the Heatlink, and re-entered the location, etc data over and over again.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out. I'll do my best to help. What color is the LED on your Heat Link? Can you also tell me how close is it to your boiler?

thank you Christian but finally got through to the help desk (UK 08081692307) and with their help it it took was resetting the Heatlink twice …. Frustrated that was not anywhere on the on line help….
