I am also having the same issue as many others, heatlink is dead, thermostat shows H72 error code.
I have read the other links and carried out procedures as advised but no luck

@AlexD I have the exact same problem.
Purchased Google Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Generation, on 24 November 2019 (Amazon) Installed by UK Nest Pro Installer and has been working perfectly until today 10 November 2021. The Nest Thermostat reports Error H72 Heatlink No Power. The Nest Thermostat Base Unit (located next to the UK combi-boiler) appears to have no power, the combi-boiler has power and is working correctly.
