Heatlink not working

Arjan

Google Nest Thermostate v3, suddenly heatlink refused to connect (yesterday the 7th of May 2022), when checked there are no led`s active anymore, so it seems that the heatlink got no power. Tested on other powerports, but the same thing, so guess heatlink is dead?

I tried all the options that are/where given at this community, but no luck at all.
But what now, guarantee is over (bought it end 2019) and cannot use it now and got a product what won`t work, so I hope you can help me somehow (it is only the heatlink what is faulting or broken)

For your info, I informed the store where I bought this, and they just say, sorry bad luck.

I'm sorry to hear that. Thanks for letting us know @Arjan. No worries, help's on the way!

Could you tell me please when did the situation start occurring first and when was the thermostat installed?

Also, please answer the following questions:

Are there any lights on the Heat Link? Does the boiler activate when calling for heat by pressing the Heat Link's button to activate Manual Mode?
Are you seeing any wiring report or error on the thermostat and/or the app?
Have you had any recent power cuts in your area? If yes, has the power been restored?
Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?
If yes, how long was the power off for? (Be specific.)

Could you tell us please if you've checked on the breaker switch and fuse box?
Any blown fuse in there? Have you tried to turn the breaker switch off and on again? Any difference?

Dear DragosC,

Thanks for replying, well appriciated.

Issue had been taken place last Saturday the 7th of May. In the morning the Nest was working with no problems and in the afternoon, there was suddenly the no connection error N72 if I am correct. After checking wat the status of the heatlink was, there was no single led active (so in my idea the heatlink is not getting any power)

When pushing the round button (normally the heatingsystem is activated with this), nothing happend.

Also no strange errors/powerlosses on the thermostat or app (only get now the msg that there is no connnection)

If I had known a reason for this I would directly mentioning this, but it happens just suddenly with no single indication strange enough.

I tried all the options and possibilities that are mentioned, but still the heatlink is not getting any power to start, so I guess there is only something wrong with that module (the thermostat is working very well).

Hope you can help me somehow, I am very pleased with this  system, but that it is not working now after 2.5 years is very short (for a long term bought item)
