You need to make sense!! You need to read your question again, and rectify the errors.
Othersiwe ew tanc deruntansd yuo!!!!!!!!!!
1. on rhe hwat via the thermostat it says it is turned on = ???????
2. heatlink is green but the CV system does not turn on. Remeha avanta. = = ???????
3. Van someone help me? = ?????
I assume you have an ''Open Therm'' system, as you have connected to those terminationats at the Heat Link - correct?
Are you wired or wireless from the display to Heat Link?
I have added a wiring connection picture for your confirmation.

Sorry, I was typing on my phone last night. Let me try to do it right on the computer.
I got a new heatlink (3rd gen) since the old one broke down. I installed nest thermostat and heatlink and looks fine, but when i turn on the heat via the thermostat it says it is turned on and also the heatlink is green but the actual system (Remeha Avanta) does not turn on. When I use the manual mode on the heatlink then the heating turns on. I used OT1 and OT2 on the heatlink. Can someone help me? With the previous heatlink it worked fine.
And yes I have an Open therm system.
I hope this makes better sense?

OK, first question - where did the Heat Link come from? ie: [New from Google or used from wherever]
Your boiler is that a Combi?
I just noticed something! You say when the display calls for heat and the Heat Link is green. The green light should be on all the time, but do you hear a click when calling for heat at the Heat Link?
Which terminals did you connect to at the Heat Link? [ Numbers 1 - 6]
Can you take a picture of your Heat Link terminations and add here?

1. new from Google
2. yes it is a combi
3. yes green light is on all the time. i just checked and it indeed clicks on and now the heating actually worked. It did turn on the combi heating. I have the thermostat connected wireless.

OK, which means you are up and running by the sounds of things?
By the way, the most important core has not been connected!! The green one just hanging out of the Heat Link, might be an idea to connect!

Ok, thanks. Do you know in which of the numbers on the Heatlink it needs to go?

I understand the issue now: if i have the hot water on then and turn on the heating with the nest thermostat it works, otherwise it turns on the remeha only for 3-5 seconds and then it turns off again. I need to probably install the wires correctly at the heatlink. Do you know which colour i need to put where?

I don’t know the connections for your boiler, but if all worked before and all the wires are connected as before it should work the same.
The picture above shows you the correct installation connections.
