Heatlink stopped working

Our Nest has been working fine until recently the thermostat stopped connecting to the heat link. The heat link no longer has a light showing, so I guess it needs a reset or replacement. Can someone help?

I have just had the same issue, electrician has been round and confirmed there is electric to both the Thermostat and Heat Link.

 

Hold the button down for 10 seconds to give it a reset, if nothing it could be warranty.

Could you tell me please when did the situation start occurring first and when was the thermostat installed?

Also, please answer the following questions:

Are there any lights on the Heat Link? Does the boiler activate when calling for heat by pressing the Heat Link's button to activate Manual Mode?
Are you seeing any wiring report or message on the thermostat and/or the app?
Have you had any recent power cuts in your area? If yes, has the power been restored?
Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?
If yes, how long was the power off for? (Be specific.)

Could you tell us please if you've checked on the breaker switch and fuse box?
Any blown fuse in there? Have you tried to turn the breaker switch off and on again? Any difference?

We have it about two years and worked fine until a few weeks ago, and haven't been able to get it working since.

Are there any lights on the Heat Link? None

 

Does the boiler activate when calling for heat by pressing the Heat Link's button to activate Manual Mode? No, nothing happens

Are you seeing any wiring report or message on the thermostat and/or the app? Thermostat just says that it can't connect to the heatlink

Have you had any recent power cuts in your area? If yes, has the power been restored? No powercuts

Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system? Service on the heating system about 8 months ago

If yes, how long was the power off for? (Be specific.) Maybe 20 minutes

 

Could you tell us please if you've checked on the breaker switch and fuse box? Yes, all looks fine

Any blown fuse in there? Have you tried to turn the breaker switch off and on again? Any difference? Yes, tried that now
