Help! Compatibility w Honeywell Pro Series

I have a new construction home w Honeywell Home pro series (TH6210U2001) that does not seem to be SMART at all.

I am attempting to switch out my Honeywell for a Nest Thermostat. 

is my Honeywell compatible w Nest? I identified all my wires as required at g.co/nest/works. There it said NOT COMPATIBLE. I re-entered and now states I must have DUAL FUEL requiring a professional installer. Why is this? What does this mean??

I am not able to upload a photo of the wires on the Honeywell.

That thermostat should be compatible.
