Hi, I have a nest learning thermostat which was installed May 2019. Just recently I got a H72 error on the thermostat. I checked the heat link and see it is totally dead, no lights. Tried to reset but no joy. Can I order a new one? Thank you

1. Have you had any power cuts recently?
2. Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
3. How many zones are present in the setup?

Thanks for letting me know! Can you please try or confirm the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check if all the breaker switches are turned on.
2. Turned the breaker switches off and back on.
3. Try to turn on manual mode.

Tried all of these and confirmed it has power but still no light showing on the heatlink. Thanks
