Thanks for reaching out here @J41me and @CJ5 . I am sorry to hear you are both facing the same behaviour with your devices. I would be happy to try and assist.
That screen usually comes up when setting up the thermostat and indicates to download the Nest app and add the thermostat to it.
Is this the first time the thermostat is being set up/install or has it been installed for some time and working before this came up on the display?

Mine has been installed for a while but I changed wifi code….as I also didn’t use the app for a while, I had to download it again. I tried to reset back to factory settings and tried to link back,,,it’s gets so far then it says that connection hasn’t completed and then this image on the nest appears??

Thanks for the information @J41me . Just to check, did you also remove the thermostat from the Nest app or is it still there but offline or with a different message?

Hello Alex
Thank you very much for your reply.
I've managed to sort it by uninstalling the Nest app and reinstalling. From there followed the set up instructions and after a few error messages finally got it to pick up the Heatlink using the Q code on the thermostat with the one on Heatlink.
Happy warm days now 🙂

That's great to hear. If anything else comes up, make sure to reach back out.
Have a great week ahead!

Same here, is that just a coincidence or something else happened.
