Help urgent I've been contacting you for weeks with no response

Despite serval emails going backwards and forwards i still haven't had a response. 

NEST Learning Thermostat 3rd Generation isn't working there is no LED light at all its dead despite power going to the thermostat i need a replacement and someone to call.

Could you provide us with your Support ID number in relation to your Nest Thermostat that won't turn on the report? I'll look forward to your response.

Are you UK?

When did you purchase the thermostat? Did the electrician buy and install the thermostat foryou?

I assume you are UK as I have just found this...

The heat link is broken I have had the electrician out who installed it and he has trouble shooted it with me but it’s still not working we also checked online and it’s a common fault apparently.
