Help wiring nest thermostat

I need some assistance wiring my nest thermostat. I have taken a photo of the old thermostat wiring and will attempt to post it.

Could you describe the wiring position for your actual thermostat? Example: Yellow connected on Y, Green on G, Blue on C...

Also, all additional information will be very useful for us, like if you have a conventional or heat pump system.
