Help with Nest thermostat

Help our Nest thermostat will not work. After getting our vents cleaned the nest thermostat power died. Recharged and put it on the wall and gave us code no wire Rh. Rebooted the nest and it died turned off saying low battery. Help we need heat

Perhaps when they were cleaning the duct, they damaged the cable and cut a conductor.

To test for this you’re going to have to get a volt ohm meter and run a continuity test of your cables from end to end. If you want to test this, let me know and can describe how to test and find a broken wire.
