Help with new nest thermostats

Would like to speak to a human re adding my wife to the nest and ask about setting up urgent notifications

Hi there, human here. To add your wife back, download the Google Home app and sign in with the same Google Account as the one used with Nest. Then click the plus in the top left corner, click Add person to home, and enter your wife's gmail account that is associated with her Nest account. Hope that helps!
