Since the original thread was closed (due to multiple people slagging off how sh*te Google is) I'm starting another one.
I have been in contact with Google oner this problem, which has been 'escalated to the senior tech team' (which clearly doesn't exist) for over 2 months. I've also emailed, called and Tweeted. Still nothing.
luckily it is Summer Time and no need for heating. I wonder if it will be fixed before I need to use the thermostat again??
Highly doubt it.
