Home/Away Assist

I set up Home/Away assist on my iPhone and on my wife's. Sadly, she died. I tried to delete her phone from the Nest application but the Nest application on her iPhone 6 no longer functions and could not be updated so I cannot remove her phone from the list of what decides whether I am home or away. I have cancelled her cellular account and switched the phone off, but it still shows up in the What decides list.

Sorry for your loss. In regaurds to the matter at hand, in the app, remove her account from the family. You should also log into her google account from a computer and remve her phone from devices.
