I was out of the country for a couple of weeks and haven't been able to use the Home app to adjust the Nest thermostat since I got back. The thermostat functions with manual adjustments. The thermostat shows that it is connected to wifi.
When I open the app, the thermostat is shown as an option, but the page with the settings (schedule and modes) doesn't load. It's just blank with "Hallway Thermometer" at the top. If I select the settings icon, the circle spins, but nothing loads.
I have restarted the modem, thermostat, and app. App is updated.
What can I do?

Hi @tdaily63,
Thank you for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry to hear your Nest Thermostat isn't showing the settings options in the Google Home app. I'd be glad to share more details with you.
We're aware of an issue with accessing thermostat controls in the Google Home app. We will share an update as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience.
Feel free to keep us posted if you have more questions.
Best regards,

Has there been any fix to this? I’m having the same issue.
