Honeywell old thermostat to nest

hello guys

i have a heating system which seems coverted from oil to gas. Do i need dual fuel mode nest thermostat installation? Also in my current Honeywell thermostat  i see the red wire is in green hole and the green wire is in red hole! White and C wire is in correct hole.but another seperate small steel wire one side inserted to Rc another side on R hole.

Do guys have any suggestion for me
