Hook gas furance to heat pump

I have a wetherking furance with y,w,g,r,  

and a heat pump with red , yellow, white, blue, orange 

I know orange goes to thermostat wire orange 

but can someone tell me how to wire this up correctly

Could you share a clear photo of your current thermostat wires showing the terminal labels where the wires are connected to so I can have a closer look? Also, what Nest thermostat are you trying to install?
