Horrible Product

I have three Nest learning thermostats.  One failed under warranty, was replaced at no charge.  The replacement unit failed after 3 months, and they are refusing to replace it saying that the warranty on the original thermostat carried over to the replacement thermostat.  What a load of BS!

I'm looking at a different brand, any suggestions?

So what are you going to do to resolve my issue?  Nothing.  That's why I will never have another Nest product again, and will spread the word how terrible these thing are.
