Thanks for reaching out here @Robtla . I would be happy to try and assist.
Just to check, is this a new installation?
How many LED lights do you see on the Heat Link?
Do you see any kind of water drop icon on the thermostat display under the set temperature?
Does it state that the hot water schedule is inactive in the Nest app?

Hi @Johnmuk76, thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm really sorry about any inconvenience created. Can you please go into your thermostat Settings -> Equipment -> Bacteria Prevention and disable this feature? Please let me know if this solves your problem or not.
Thanks in advance, Uana.

Hi there! Can you tell me what color the LEDs from the Heat Link are? Also do you see any icons on the thermostat display?

The LED light is green on the heat link (single green). The thermostat display appears with al the usual icons, with the hot water setting OFF. The hot water schedule is off, but the booster heater seems to be hot/permanently on at the water tank.

Thanks for the details @DonalF. Could you please go to Settings > Equipment > Pro Setup and send us a photo of how your thermostat is set?
