Nest Heat Link stuck on Blue pulsing light

Hi There 

Looking for some guidance had our boiler serviced yesterday and to do it it had to have the power switched off.

Since then the heat link for the heating system is working fine and connected immediately but the heat link for my hot water cylinder has been stuck on the pulsing blue light trying to connect and I've tried resetting to no avail .

Any help would be really appreciated.

Do you have any message on the thermostat display? And is the thermostat mounted on a stand or on the wall?

Hi Alex not sure if I've put this in the wrong forum but its the heatlink that isnt connecting seems to be stuck in a loop with a blue flashing light. Don't have any message on the thermostats over two floors of the house.

This has happened since the boiler was switched off for a service the heating heatlink connected automatically but the hot water heatlink isn't connecting.

Got it working had to delete the app and reinstall it then connected  we now have hot water 😄
