We have a new boiler (a few months old) and the hot water isn’t ‘speaking’ to the boiler. The house is roasting with heating, so we have to switch the boiler off and use immersion heater to have hot water.
we’ve had electrics checked - no problem.
we’ve done a factory reset.
still have a problem.

Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Do you see any messages or codes on your thermostat or in the app? Also, in what states are you located?
