Hey kevinhan28,
I am sorry to hear you are still running into the trouble. I want to let you know, that I am not an HVAC pro, but I will try to help the best way I can. Taking a closer look at the picture, I am showing the yellow wire is not attached to the old thermostat. Do you know what this wire controls on your system? Are you also attaching this wire to the Nest Thermostat?
Nest Thermostat's are not compatible with stranded wires, and I would recommend having a Nest Pro come out and take a closer look. They would be able to install the device, and ensure everything is working properly. They would also be able to review the RH wire, and ensure that is properly powering the device.
Please let me know if you have any questions from here, as I want to enure you are good to go.
Best regards,
Jake
