I have troubleshot my thermostat many times, followed all instructions and my thermostat will not connect to my network. Has never even come close. Can I get a replacement? I've looked and tried the steps that appeared to lead me to contacting "Us", and was led here numerous times. So I'm seeking information to inquire about replacing my thermostat..
